Bookings beyond 28 days are subject to cleaning by the guest once every 14 days; optional cleaning service may be scheduled for $40 per service before arrival. A starter essentials kit (towels, linens, shampoo, body wash) is included on every booking. We welcome deer, squirrels, birds, and all kinds of nature animals in our yard. Some tree logs are located in both the front and back yards, so please be mindful while walking the path to the basement entrance at the back of the property. Guest access Guests will have access to common areas such as the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry area. Plenty of off-street parking is available along the property. During your stay The hosts currently live upstairs and may travel from time to time, but will always respect your privacy and be there to help if you have questions. The family has a newborn, so please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
