The space Two ACTIVE & RECORDING 24/7 security doorbell/cameras are installed at the entrance and stairway on the rear deck for your safety and security concerns. There are NO cameras or listening devices installed inside the unit. Open floor plan with 1 bath, living/dining, full size kitchen, front yard, and an open deck in the back of the house. The chef's kitchen comes well-stocked with everything you need — plus a rice cooker, blender, food processor, hotpot stove, electric kettle, Chemex/filter dripper, coffee grinder, Sowden soft-brew coffee maker, loose-leaf tea infuser, stoneware tea cups, and a selection of teas. Enough utensils, dinnerware and glassware for 4+, and compost/recycling bins. The bath is natural-light filled with an oversized standup shower (overhead and handheld heads). The studio bedroom is tucked at the back corner with a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, a seating/prep area with outlets and 2-sided mirror, a full-size Tempur-Pedic bed, and room-darkening curtains. A ductless split heating/cooling system keeps it comfortable year-round. Guest access The house is split into 2 completely separate apartment units between 2 levels. This space is on the upper level. You'll have access to the shared front yard, the entire suite, and the private deck with a stunning view of the Pacific Northwest. Other things to note Walking from the light rail involves over 250 steps via the S Henderson St Stairway — manageable without luggage but tough with bags; please check the route beforehand. Please take your shoes off when entering the home (slippers provided). Your 4-legged friends are welcome, just not on the furniture, sofa, or bed. Recycle and compost bins are available.
